3. Lesson Commitment and Scheduling
Weekly Tutoring Commitment
At GCSE Doctor, we focus on students who commit to consistent weekly tutoring, as we believe regular sessions provide the most educational value. While we understand that occasional rescheduling may be necessary, students who frequently miss lessons without proper notice may be asked to discontinue to accommodate other students on our waiting list.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- No Cancellations After Payment: Once a monthly invoice has been paid, lessons cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Advance Notice for Recordings: If you cannot attend a paid lesson, contact your tutor at least 24 hours in advance to receive a recording of the missed lesson content
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice means you forfeit access to that lesson entirely
- Rescheduling: Lessons may only be rescheduled before the monthly invoice is paid, subject to tutor availability
Lesson Recordings
- Alternative to Attendance: If you provide at least 24 hours' notice that you cannot attend a paid lesson, you will receive a recording of the lesson content as an alternative
- Access: Lesson recordings will be made available through your student account
- No Refund Substitute: Lesson recordings are provided as an accommodation only and do not constitute a refund
4. Service Termination
Termination by Student
- Flexible Commitment: There is no long-term contract or obligation to continue beyond your initial £20 lesson
- Discontinuation Process: You may discontinue lessons at any time by informing us that you do not wish to continue
- Contact Method: Please notify us by sending an email to info@gcsedoctor.co.uk
